Self Catering Holiday/Vacation Meal Plan

Menu Plan

Saturday
Lunch – Crescent roll ups with meat and cheese (pack for car ride)
Dinner – Throw in the oven pizza

Sunday
Lunch – Chicken Kabobs, crisps, mac & cheese, rolls, and dessert
Dinner – Dinner out

Monday
Lunch – Sabatta bread (like a french bread pizza with ranch dressing sauce, chicken chunks, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese), pasta salad, melon, dessert
Dinner – Season chicken, biscuits, bagged veggies

Tuesday
Lunch – Quiche, biscuits with clotted cream (butter) and jam, strawberries, and dessert
Dinner – Baked spaghetti, breadsticks

Wednesday
Lunch – Cheese and crackers, Prosciutto wrapped around breadsticks, chicken strips, grapes, pastry dessert
Dinner – Shrimp, fries, corn on the cob, and rice


Thursday
Lunch – Make your own tacos, rice, dessert
Dinner – Dinner out

Friday
Lunch – Large pasta w/tomato sauce, olives, dessert
Dinner – Cheeseburger or hotdogs, crisps, and leftovers
